In order to enroll a child in a public school system in Virginia, state law requires a parent or guardian of a child to provide certain information to the child's school division. When a student is being registered in Bedford County Public Schools for the first time and each time there is a change of address it is required that the parent or guardian present reasonable proof of residing in our school district.
