Supervisor of Literacy and Title I

Dr. Diane Isenhour is the Supervisor of Literacy, Title I, and the McKinney-Vento Liaison. Dr. Isenhour has been working in Bedford County for 15 years. She has been the Supervisor of Federal Programs for the past year and previously served as the Kindergarten Readiness Facilitator. Dr. Isenhour has also been an instructional coach working with Title I elementary schools. Prior to becoming an instructional coach, Dr. Isenhour first served as a paraprofessional for two years and then became a special education teacher for ten years at Forest Middle School. She earned a bachelor’s degree in sports management in 2000, a master’s degree in special education in 2011, an education specialist degree in educational leadership in 2019, and a doctoral degree in educational leadership in 2021 from Liberty University.
