Important Health Notice
The FLUMIST vaccine will not be administered in November as scheduled. Due to the delay in manufacturing, the Central Virginia Health District cannot confirm when FLUMIST would be available. Therefore, the health department and the school division encourage parents not to wait, but to take their child to another provider to receive the flu vaccine/shot or FLUMIST if available. Thank you for your understanding regarding this manufacturing delay as the division will not offer FLUMIST this school year.
